Diatomaceous Earth is fantastic and simple to use, and above all will keep your animals healthy! This is a natural worming and parasite control for most animals such as horses, dogs, cats, and chickens! Such a versatile product DE can also help repel insects such as bedbugs, cockroaches, fleas spiders, just to name a few!

Made from the fossilized remains of tiny aquatic organisms called diatoms, a type of hard-shelled algae. They are natural Silica, which accumulated in riverbeds and streams which are then mined and crushed to form the powder.

Whether it be in the barn, the house the backyard, Diatomaceous Earth is your one-stop shop for natural bug deterrents.

Animal Use – Suggested Feeding Rates

Animal	Suggested Rate
Calves	1 level teaspoon per calf in the morning milk.
Chickens (20)	200gms (1cup). Use at full strength in the feed box 3 times per week.
Horses	200gms (1 cup) in daily feed rotation
Sheep & Goats (5)	200gms (1 cup) into ground grains 3 times per week.
Dogs over 20kg	1 tablespoon per day in the daily ration
Small Dogs & Pups	Rub full strength powder into the coat and sprinkle on bedding.
Cats	1 teaspoon per day in the daily ration. Rub full strength powder into the coat and sprinkle on bedding.
Small Animals (Guinea Pigs, Rabbits, Ferrets)	1/2 Teaspoon in rations three times per week. Rub full strength powder into the coat and sprinkle on bedding.
