The new and updated animal water repeller is ideal for the outdoor removal of problem pests. The animal repeller will send a short blast of water as soon as it detects an animal invading your property. Whilst it is powerful the water jet is harmless and will not injure the animal. Designed to fit into Pestrol’s range of branded DIY pest control products that will be 100% harmless to animals and your loved ones.

Low Water Consumption
When the Pestrol Animal Repeller detects the unwanted intruder, the built-in sensor that covers up to 35 feet will activate for approximately 5 seconds. Animals are startled, see that area as unsafe and leave the area immediately.
Easy to Set Up
The animal water deterrent is very easy to set up. Locate the problem area, insert the metal spike into the ground and connect to a garden hose. The unit runs on 4 double AA solar batteries that enable the unit to work at night time and during the day. Locate the solar panel by twisting the position to the best angle for capturing the sun rays.
The sprinkler head is fully adjustable with up to 1000 square feet (93 square metres) coverage.

These work an absolute treat! Does exactly as promised. FYI you will need to make sure you have well fitted hose ends as the pressure can and will build up in your hose.

Cats have not left there scat in my gardens since the install. The only thing that would make this better would be a digital timer, but I installed one on the hose.

Last year the new shoots of my Silver Birch were eaten by possums and many of the smaller branches broken. This sprinkler has worked perfectly. I hear it go off during the night sometimes and this year I’ve had no possum damage at all. Great product, well worth the money.

I had cats coming into my courtyard using my garden as a toilet and continually spraying all over my door. Water is the one thing cats hate so decided this was the perfect deterrent. Easy to set up, I only have a small area to cover so had to put the spray distance on minimum and the distance it detects movement. The bonus is the spray radius covers the whole entrance where the cats come in. I had the pleasure of watching a cat attempt to come into my courtyard, it got partway down the fence and was hit by a big spray of water. I have never seen a cat move so fast. It makes quite a loud noise when the sprinkler goes off which is good. I have not seen a cat since installing the water repellent, my garden is back to being my territory.

Honestly, I would buy products from Pestrol just for their excellent customer support. I had really bad cat issues were Pestrol suggested this Water Repeller. The first night this unit scared the living #*&% out of one of the cats! I could see it in action on CCTV video. I need to find the correct settings for my garden but I am certain if I move it around the garden, cats will soon realise they are not welcome. I needed a decent afforedable option since we are a Council Habitat Garden where we try to encourage birds to our garden. We do not want the birds eaten by cats! or dumping and spraying their foulness in our garden! 5 Stars for the unit and 6 Stars for customer support!!

Used a couple of times. It works. It didn’t leak when I set it up but in the morning there was quite a leak. The instructions should mention that the batteries will need a charge. The sensitivity of sensor is a bit agricultural … generally difficult to set up in a small garden. Need smaller cheaper versions that work better and can connect little Pope sprayers to for the home garden.
