Selleys SolarFlex

Selleys SolarFlex is a high-performing sealant that can provide superior protection against UV radiation and other harsh weather elements. It can be used on boats, spas and even pools if you need to waterproof seal or bond.

Available in colours:

445g: Black, grey and white

300g: Clear

How to use:

Ensure substrates are clean and free of oil, grease or lose particles.
Cut seal and nozzle and fit the cartridge, then place in a caulking gun.
Hold caulking gun at 45° angle and gun sealant ahead of nozzle ensuring product is pushed into the joint.
For neat joints, use masking tape on both sides of the joint and remove it before skinning.
A tool with a soapy solution before skinning occurs.

Limitations:

Not suitable for polyethylene, polypropylene or Teflon
Not for permanent water immersion or below water-line use

Cleaning up:

Uncured sealant can be removed with mineral turps.
Cured products can be removed by sanding and scraping.
