Selleys Pro-Trade Joint Sealant LM is a highly flexible and weatherproof joint sealant that can provide excellent adhesive properties. It is useful for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Selleys Pro-Trade Joint Sealant LM is a sag resistant, non-slumping polyurethane joint sealant with low modulus. It is a multipurpose sealant designed for sealing expansion and construction in vertical as well as horizontal applications. It can be used for sealing and bonding common building materials including tilt-up panels, external wall and cladding joints, retaining walls, roofing and acoustic rated walls. You can use it as an adhesive for indoor and outdoor bonding of window sills, thresholds, stair steps, skirting boards, baseboards, crash protections boards, covering boards and prefabricated elements.
