DT Brown Swan River Daisy Seeds

Use the DT Brown Swan River Daisy Seeds to grow these beautiful, sweet-scented flowers that work well in a garden bed, window box or pot all through summer. A half hardy annual variety, they are native to many parts of Australia and prefer to be in the sun. They can be planted all year long and need moist compost to grow well. Thinning seedlings out and hardening off the plant is necessary.

How to grow

Sow the seeds in their final flowering position, thinning out the seedlings if necessary. Make sure you deadhead to prolong the flowering season. Alternatively, sow them in pots or trays of seed compost. Maintain a gentle warmth and keep compost moist, but not saturated. Thin out to other trays when seedlings are large enough to handle. Harden off before planting out when seedlings reach 5-10cm tall.
