Darlac Compost Aerator

Also known as a Compost Turner or Compost Stirrer, the Darlac Compost Aerator is the new-age, user-friendly version of the ‘L’ shaped model of aerators. Aerating your compost is very important for rapid odour-free decomposition. It also helps a lot in reducing the compost’s initial moisture content getting it ready much sooner. If compost is not aerated, the process slows down as the composting organisms do not get enough oxygen.

The ‘T’ shaped device has been designed to be the best version of this tool as it reduces the strain on your wrist and shoulders greatly when compared to its single hand, ‘L’ shaped counterparts. Its powder-coated steel construction makes it durable and good looking. Way easier than traditional methods of compost aeration like forking, this compost aerator is very simple to use. Just push it directly into the compost heap, twist and retract. As it is retracted the ‘winged’ blades will open up and create air pockets inside the compost, aerating it as it goes.
